View current and previous invoices, and recurring invoice dates

To view current and previous invoices, and recurring billing dates, please:

  1. Log into your 'My Account'
  2. Go to the menu 'Billing' and select 'My Invoices' from the drop down
  3. In the invoices page, you are able to filter invoices by status (Unpaid, Paid, All), search invoices by keywords, and show up to 100 invoices in the table.
  4. In the table, click on the description of the desired invoice to see its contents. Alternatively, click on the PDF icon beside the description to view the invoice as a PDF file. Note that you can sort the invoices according to Invoice #, Description, Due Date, Amount Due, Total Amount, and Status by clicking on the column headers. By default, tickets are arranged by newest Invoice #.
  5. In the individual invoice page, you are able to view the details of the invoice, pay the amount due (if unpaid), and choose a payment method. Automatic Credit Card Billing can also be set up by following the steps outlined here
