To view current and previous invoices, and recurring billing dates, please:
- Log into your 'My Account'
- Go to the menu 'Billing' and select 'My Invoices' from the drop down
- In the invoices page, you are able to filter invoices by status (Unpaid, Paid, All), search invoices by keywords, and show up to 100 invoices in the table.
- In the table, click on the description of the desired invoice to see its contents. Alternatively, click on the PDF icon beside the description to view the invoice as a PDF file. Note that you can sort the invoices according to Invoice #, Description, Due Date, Amount Due, Total Amount, and Status by clicking on the column headers. By default, tickets are arranged by newest Invoice #.
- In the individual invoice page, you are able to view the details of the invoice, pay the amount due (if unpaid), and choose a payment method. Automatic Credit Card Billing can also be set up by following the steps outlined here.
