Unblock your IP Address

For assistance with logging into your My Account,  please go here.

To unblock your IP, please:

  1. Log into your 'My Account'
  2. Go to the menu 'Support' and select 'Unblock IP' from the drop down
  3. A success message which reads 'Unblock Successful. If you are still experiencing issues, please open a support ticket.' will be displayed.

Congratulations! You have successfully unblocked your IP address.
