To change your FTP / Control Panel password, please:

1. Log into your 'My Account'
2. Go to the menu 'Packages' and select 'Package List' from the drop down
3. Select your Web and Email Hosting package
4. Under 'Hosting' tab, scroll down to 'Password' and click 'Click to Change'
5. Enter the new password
6. A success message which reads 'You have successfully updated your password.' will appear on top of the page.

Congratulations! You have successfully changed your FTP / Control Panel password.
